I am not really sure they are worried about the poor getting charged more. OR some such non-sense for their boost mobile and PCS network's.
I don't think it will be too big of a problem, but they calling all states to check into. So it could become a huge problem. They might have to sell off some of that part of the business for the MVNO's.
