I must have missed it . Did the President declare a National State of Emergency and Martial Law? Is the country going to collapse if the toxic Pebble Mine isn't built? Can the President tell Alaska they can't build the mine, even if it gets all the environmental approvals and permits, and the Governor and people of Alaska want the mine? Guess you never heard of State's Rights.
