But I actually think ipix investors believe LEO placed those milestones in the agreement and that Leo did this because he KNOWS ipix will hit them.



Funny thing is, if Leo really knew they could hit just one of those milestones before 9/30/18, he wouldn't have hedged his bets by making this deal in the first place.
