Not so sure. The deadline I’m sure is a relief. But I actually think ipix investors believe LEO placed those milestones in the agreement and that Leo did this because he KNOWS ipix will hit them. This I believe is why the price rose so dramatically (data lock alone would not cause it). The sad part is that ASPIRE demanded those milestones PLUS the 50 cent caveat.
