Hoping on financials, audited or not audited is quite foolish in any OTC stocks.
Most of the revenue always come from dilution. SHMN is no exception.

80% of the A/S is gone.
Next step is the REVERSE SPLIT....unfortunately because that is the only way out for any OTC stocks.

Dilute, max out, reverse and repeat. The cycle of doom, unless money from dilution is used intelligently.

That's is my explanation why the pps is at 0.0005 heading lower.
