Have you seen how many ads there are out there for drugs? It's a big part of media advertising dollars. Media won't bite the hand that feeds them by publicising a company and a compound that could wipe out a good share of their business.

If you are a member of any healthcare advocacy groups you could try and make noise that way, but many (most?) of those are also supported by contributions from Big Pharma.

Face it, WE THE PEOPLE have been sold down the river.

Are there any lawyers in our board that can say to me I can't call a general press release that there is a chemical called AVXL 2-73 that can be a cure for CNS and anyone here smarter can vouch or from the company itself (PR) that theres a leading chemical. Can't I give a name and address of this company that profess one day a cure?
This is what I don't get!!! I read a lot about BIO- chems and other SHT out there; the math; SP: speculations: that has gone below or above the equator but I here nothing about AVXL? We all know that something is going to happen on the long side.
Why do I read about stuff in our USA media basically bllsht but nothing remotely close to AVXL. When I fought issues in the city it involved teachers union; cops, firemen, toll cops and workers; bridge enforcement, etc., etc., for smaller claims then what AVXL represent to us which are highly in health.
I am basically saying what the Hell can we do to help AVXL in the interim rather back and forth posts about SP and oppositions. Can anyone tell me how we can help our team by being PRO-ACTIVE without getting sued, LOL!!
