Ameritrade is horrible. Never had these kinds of issues with Scottrade.

I'm convinced their general market values per position and portfolio are always off as well. Don't seem to go off bid, ask, or last traded as far as I can tell.

Last major outage I got a bunch of free trades which is the only reason I haven't switched over to someone else yet - but I'm about one technical issue away from doing it. Just not sure who to switch to.

I have an option express account but I don't really use it, execution was great but rates were fairly high.
