This doesn't smell good.
As previously explained, Oracle salespeople can't make any money selling fusz product. They won't be spending any time training to sell it and I agree that if it's that hard to learn fugedaboudit.

My guess is that, if in fact, Oracle asked for more material they are probably trying to extract information about the product from fusz for their own benefit. Alternatively, Rory is trying to kick the earnings issue down the road to the next quarter by dialing back the Oracle sales expectations. Either way it smells bad.
