Company has reduced the divy that has been paid to FTRPR shareholders, increased common shares buy a 1/3 of those held by FTRPR. Actually puts this Company in a position so as to make it much easier for a buyout or takeover, etc.Better for Company in may respects. Cost reductions and more.
Give it some time.
