The advantage is in knowledge of tracking seed to sale as they do in their Nevada location. I’m sure very few other cultivators in CA have grows outside of CA like PNTV does. So they have a distinct advantage of knowing how to track seed to sale and are experienced at packaging their product for sale plus have all the equipment and connections already set up to do this.
