It the trials they compared didn't have 1st and 2nd, then I would say 5 months seems logical.

Why? I see it as the opposite:
A.) It the trials they compared didn't have 1st and 2nd, then I would say 7 months seems logical.
B.) If the trials they compared did have 1st and 2nd AIs, I would guess 5 months would be appropriate. End of July …

e.g. (for R-IT … A.) for the example)
A.) app. 52k data (44k acc. to the protocol + 8k final) site visits) should be checked / scrubbed at final
B.) app. 16k data (8k since 2nd IA acc. to the protocol + 8k final site visits) should be checked / scrubbed at final

B.) should be faster … majority of the data were locked at 2nd IA.
