The price at which a short squeeze is triggered - i.e. the pain gets too great for the shorts and they are forced to cover.
Set at .14, they are probably feeling rather comfortable at the moment, but when the buyers really start to step in - and I think they will, if the news build up believe is coming is anywhere near as good as I think it will be over the next few weeks (beginning this week) - then that will elevate the price closer to where the shorts are forced to cover.
If there is real meat in the revenues, which I believe there will be based on my calculations previously posted, that will be the big driver.
The merger announcement will be the laying of the foundation, on top of which, the real price appreciation will be built.
