One thing many do NOT understand is how notes work.

1) company sells a note.
2) note holder waits to convert into shares.
3) note starts to convert $ into shares
4) note holder can then sell those shares or hold them or sell some and hold some.
5) they continue to convert $ for shares until ALL $$ are turned into shares.
6) note is fully converted when all $ are traded in for shares.

THAT does NOT mean that all shares are sold into the market tho - ONLY that the note holder and the company have CONCLUDED their business.

Note holder now could have shares left over from any conversions or have just the last conversion shares left to sell - but the note is DONE!
