Going to be hard to keep marijuana a schedule I drug now that congress has approved GW’s epilepsy drug. Pretty sure one of the criteria of being a schedule I drug is that it has no medicinal uses. That is no longer true for MJ now that the first epilepsy drug is approved and probably many more to come. Should be interesting to see how it plays out.
