yes, it is odd. Some possible explanations:

1. he is done but it is being held back for effect

2. he is not done because he is really looking at it thoroughly. Since we know he considers it a 'game-changer' he may be wanting to produce the best possible review - as that could end up dramatically boosting his own status as a top-notch reviewer - ie it maybe could be a 'game-changing' review for Rich Bohn.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
