LOL! You want a report from me on 1500 mutual funds??? Not sure you're paying me enough for the research.
I would say, as of late, technical funds have done just as well, but we'd have to look at each individual manager to determine it.
With that said, just mentioning Buffett does not mean all fundamental investing works. I can show you tons of fundamental funds that have done very poorly. Check most Franklin Templeton Investment funds over the last 10 years for easy examples.
