All the judge did was complete a formality in setting a trial date.

The case could end abruptly at any time between now and then.

All along the way in this case the judge has carefully crossed all of her T's and dotted all of her I's.

She absolutely does NOT want to leave any room for appeal on this case when it comes to an end.

The latest filings in the case happened last Friday.

IVDN filed their Motion To File their sur-rebuttal expert report.

Then the judge ordered the FTC to respond to IVDN's motion by this Friday the 29th. After that, I expect the judge to allow IVDN to file their expert report.

I have heard rumors about the extent and nature of this report, but I have no way of verifying them.

When I find out more publicly about this report I will post it here

At this point the company needs to figure out a way to get a new order, whether it be on their clothing line, or perhaps overseas on the house wrap, or maybe something brand new, I don't know.

I have my fingers crossed, and I am backing those fingers up with a fair amount of my own money

So, yes, I am biased towards success here
