HVCW making $4 million in annual revenues and increasing per location. Anyone can buyout HVCW easily make 20% net profit or $800k/year in net profit. At P/E 20, market cap should be easily $16 million or PPS
3+ cents. P/E 20 is very low for retail business. Please check other companies in this space trading at much higher PE
