Yes M242, try re-understanding about the whole story about The Original Soupman going through its Chapter 7 bankruptcy and buyer Gallant Brands, Inc., a private company, making Soupman a private and its purchased assets a division and LLC of Gallant itself. Do you see the big picture yet? A clean slate as in a private division of a private company. Read recent articles about the Chapter 7 slapdown of the failed company. The Original Soupman has ceased operations and its commons are out the picture. Soupman has been reborn as a private division of a private company, with a clean balance sheet and new management at the helm, with its new soup-making division's operations (but nothing else) being able to fully continue along once again. Any 9-month-old article does little to represent where Gallant Brands, Inc., a private company, is going with its new privately-own soup division...and yes, both are privately-owned...Gallant Brands, Inc. and Soupman, LLC. Nothing at all in any article states Soupman, LLC. is public in any way, shape, or form. Definitely wouldn't "bet the farm" on some bizarre logic that there's a public side to Soupman at this time, unless the farm being bought or paid on is on Fantasy Island, which would make a great place for Jerk Chicken soup. Maybe be an idea to email to Joe. He could probably do a deal with Mr. Rourke or Tattoo like other retro re-do's.

Nothing I say, post, or do should ever be considered financial advice. It is just my personal opinion. I may be holding a long, short or no position. I am NOT or NEVER have been compensated to post on here and my posts are for entertainment purposes only.
