If you read slow enough before the Quote you’ll understand why their green and green words are added to the quote, call it my quote if you want

Actual Quote is in Black Print except the Red “alcohol” word and why the red word will one day be removed as a Breath Test looks to be less invasive and given on demand anytime and for no reason other than they want too
