ITHC blood levels
Drivers caught with THC blood levels equal or higher than the federal government’s established threshold are subject to fines and criminal charges:

Caught with a THC level between 2 ng and 5 ng:
Considered a summary offence: Maximum fine of $1,000
Caught with a THC level over 5 ng:
First offence: Minimum penalties of $1,000
Second offence: 30 days imprisonment
Third offence: 120 days imprisonment
Caught with a THC level over 2.5 ng and a blood alcohol concentration of more than 50 mg per 100 mL
Punishment is the same as the above

As stated by Management-
The FAIMS THC Breathalyzer just needs Validated as a True reading of Blood Levels

FAIMS Electrode has been shrunk to Completion coming on 20 Months (October 2016)

Designed power supply (square-wave), Moisture And Temperature controls, I think Na-Nose was more to do with BLOZF than BTHCF as to Linking to the Station and the use of the Chip FAIMS for other Controlled Substances, JMO Anyway, then there’s the Interlock Device, got to love that as it has to do with Molecules, got to be Recent Use Molecule detector for being a Interlock Device

and then the Mother/Load in this last Press Release

Tweaking the Breath as to the pulse of FAIMS Detector - closer to THC Blood Levels

Tweak Tweak Tweak

Now here’s what else is in the New Canada Law

Roadside breath testing can now be completely random
Police will no longer require reasonable suspicion to suspect a driver is under the influence of alcohol.

Previously, police performing roadside checkpoints could only force a breath test if there is the smell of alcohol on a driver’s breath, slurred beach, inability to focus, or other signs of impairment. Alcohol cans and bottles seen inside the car would also grant police the authority to perform a test.

Does-Not call Out a reason why - Can use on any driver - No reason needed

As for Drugs it claims that it has to be Saliva for Roadside but does include Blood Levels As also being valid for convictions

Stroke of a Pens Add the words ”& Breath” to the Testing of Drugs

Roadside saliva & Breath testing of drug use
Police officers now have the ability to use roadside saliva & Breath tests that screen saliva & Breath for drugs, such as cocaine, methamphetamine, and the THC from marijuana. But unlike alcohol breath tests, these saliva tests cannot be random – a level of reasonable suspicion is still required to force the test on suspected drug-impaired drivers.

Now re-read that last line again except pull-out that highlighted alcohol word

JMO - Law is wrote - Validation of FAIMS Breathalyzer is the same as Blood Levels - Back to that Tweaking of the Breath to be the same as Blood levels

Stroke of the Pen after a Validation of Yost’s FAIMS TOOL - JMO

One last thought of the New Canada Law - It’s all flawed - BUT I Haven’t Read the actual Law But If it doesn’t point what is Tested in THC Molecule - It’s a Flawed Law

?9-tetrahydrocannabinol (“THC”) the main psychoactive component of marijuana is metabolized into and 11-nor-9-carboxy-tetrahydrocannabinol at different rates based on route of entry into the body. Smoked THC is converted predominantly to 11-nor-9-carboxy-tetrahydrocannabinol which is then glucuronidated to a water-soluble form that can be detected in body fluids. Ingested THC is metabolized via the hepatic portal circulation to 11-hydroxy-delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol prior to oxidation to 11-nor-9-carboxy-tetrahydrocannabinol. The Cannabix FAIMS device coupled to real time switchable mass spectrometry is actively being tuned to detect these key molecules and their complex pathways in the body to enable the identification of recency of use

JMO - Got to be Recent Use for THC as it can linger for Days or a week or two
