You gotta keep your eyes peeled once they start pushing out S1 filings. They did a couple of amendments. Think they expanded the share count and warrants offered in the first amendment. They don’t have offering price published yet imo. Won’t be surprised if stock tanking because retail getting out or Altamont shorting to get a lower entry price at discount to closing pps. Schaber has no new info on his hand seems like to pump the pps prior to locking in the offering price. This ticker is just sad imo.
