There are two reasons why a company fails to provide audited financials and cure its delinquency with the SEC.

1) Failure to pay

2) Unauditable

a) Fraud
b) Lack of support
c) Taxes
d) too many to mention, i.e Alter Ego, Commingling of Funds, etc.
