so , baltia can easily dilute some stock.. raise some cash, throw money at problem. put this to bed hire accountant that actually can do his job. But, they wont. They don't want to. They want to wash hands clean of this company. They could do R/S tonight and start dumping shares Monday if they wanted. I've seen this happen this fast before in pennyland. No real explanation why this is so hard.. besides cost. ALl they have to do.. is say in financial report.. prepared to best of our ability. and move on with the numbers.. ive seen this done in other 10-Ks.
