No idea this had even been going on, but I'm inclined to think that if Aurora "wins" this, it would be just the catalyst needed to break this stalemate we've been in the past few months. I wouldn't expect an absurd jump in PPS, say to the levels that Canopy is at now, but it might propel it past the $10 USD mark, possibly a bit further.

Unless there is something major I have missed, the only "ball and chain" weighing down Aurora at this time is the dilution.
