Since you follow me so much and was quick to try to point out I wanted
to file for my right under the 1st amendment and was denied. I amended
my suit to include suing the government for violating my and your first
amendment right. I told the courts they nor the government has any damn
business knowing my net worth as a RIGHT is bestowed upon you and no
man can take it away, ala the right to vote but once they had a poll
tax and it was struck down as unconstitutional and it wasn't that the
rich still had to pay the poll tax it was unconstitutional. The same
applies to any citizen who exercises their 1st amendment right against
the U.S. Government. Show me where in the constitution it says a fee
must be paid as a fee gives you a privilege to proceed but the Right
is bestowed upon us to stop the government from violating our rights
without being contested.

While I am on the subject of my suit the American people are nothing
but hypocrites screaming about illegals being separated from their
children when we imprison people for harming no one only possession
of a drug and they separate the family, ruin their lives, lose their
jobs and families go on welfare. Drugs are a sickness and we spend
trillions trying to cure everything from hemorohoids to alzheimers
and yet these people cost us fortunes who are sick and we put them
in prison.

I have standing as I have cancer and if I wanted to try to cure it or
even help myself I can't except risk going to prison. Since my ability
to exercise my pursuit of happiness is being denied we don't know how
long my life might be extended since its use is subjective.

The lawyers do not want me to win because it is their bread and butter.
The constitution has been ripped apart as first all men are created
equal and not even a elected official has control of you body. The
lawyers are doing terrible jobs as the 4th amendment is ripped apart
as it says one is to be secure in their effects and when you buy something it is you effect hence the search of your vehicle is searching
your effects as you paid for it. The despicable drug dealer living in
your neighborhood because of drug laws should not be convicted for selling drugs as they are their EFFECTS. They should be charged with
income tax evasion and operating without a license. The 4th amendment
protects the most despicable but it is their to protect you and me from
dictatorship and a police state which we now live in.
