No ticker no value at this time. Could be perhaps that the stock will not start trading until after the stock Offering by Dakoy Capital is completed. The 8k stated the Offering would commence within 30 days of 6/12. We know the value of the Devine shares but how it rolls out and what Offering shares are along with the initial PPS is TBD. What's very important is what the news is. Hard to sell shares to high net worth individuals, one of the investment targets stated in the Offering, if something of significance is not forthcoming. Then again trading could be sooner. All IMO, GLA.
