Does anyone know methodology or how they determined value of the VirnetX vs Apple Patents. I just read an article saying Virnetx now wants 1 billion vs the 500 million judgement. Crazy given there PTAB fails.

I feel like this is our best comparison currently and being so...am I crazy to think with our patents being validated at PTAB, the size and revenues past and present of the cable companies, and the importantance/uniqueness of the patents we could see $2 billion+?

I realize the other case went to multiple jury trials and appeals etc. So maybe 2 billion if jury trial and what minimal 500 million in the case of a early settlement?
