only thing I can think of is that long time investors are upset that GaA's were left out of presentation completely, mentioned in Q&A as a distraction to current developments but still awaiting an investment partner because POET does not have adequate funding on own to complete project, interestingly, that India Space Program document surfaced not long ago sure looked like POET had something there? oh well, maybe they do but it cannot be announced, NDA's you know?
