That was some really weird price action...

Only thing I can think is that there was some propping going on and maybe that since the offering has yet to be completed the price is not reflecting just yet given how thinly traded this is. Can't really make much sense of it.

Can't really make sense of their purchase either given that they are spending $65M cash to save $2M a year. Definitely seems like they should have better use for their money for the PV/FV.
