It's illustrative of Moran's way of operating

Bringing up Moran's past dealings with the Pharmacy Board and his license is just another illustration of Moran's way of operating.

Nearly two years ago, I wrote the following:

Moran is all about networking and connections, and to paraphrase Billy Crystal's impression of Fernando Llamas, It's better to look good than to accomplish good.

So he can supply unaudited DEWM numbers to the appropriate people to get awards, get himself appointed to the Mississippi DEC (but never even bother to post his bio,) then through that connection, get into a White House circle where being black, looking good in a suit and being able to sound like you know what you're talking about matter more than the lack of real accomplishments.

Any problems from the earlier life are left behind.

Look at what we've seen since: Broken websites, a celebrity-named restaurant with middling-to-poor reviews due to an obvious disinterest from Moran, and unfiled finanicals that, in a couple of weeks, will likely result in a downtier at OTCMarkets, to OTCMarkets No Information.

The possible Arkansas decisions are just the latest thread for shareholders to grasp.
