Not the best thing to happen, but
if it serves to buoy the company by buying some time for the deals and sales to solidify, it may, ultimately, be alright. Time will tell.

But don't let anyone here convince you that this extra 5bn is a good thing. It may be necessary, but let's have some honesty: good it is not.
