Same...with all due respect, I do agree that you should be proactive and learn to use a phone....however, why call when you already have quite a few times and each time you are given different answers or answers that simply make no sense?

Look how long it has been...and look how many people have indeed called numerous times...and look at the results.....

At this point in time, as I have already said, I would not believe anything the TA is saying, or the company if it is verbal and they will not put it in writing and make it official and public to all........

Nope, at this point in time, the only answers I would accept or believe are answers that come from a licensed attorney that specializes in equities, the SEC or the company, and if from the company, it needs to be official...not B.S. stuff said on the phone or fluffy PR's with 'pinkspeak' littered throughout the PR.

All the calls to the TA, the company and brokerages have accomplished what exactly? Nothing. If anything, it has made things more confusing as different people get different answers and the bottom line is it has been this long and still no legit answers, nothing settled, nothing in writing...just everyday with more silnce and lack of answers and people posting they called so and so and were told whatever..and everybody is being told different things......

Heck, I can remember having a personal face to face meeting with the ceo of a company and all he did was impress me and say how wonderful everything was....he did not give me any inside info, but did say they have so much biz they are backlogged and a PR will be forthcoming to inform shareholders of their progress and what is going on.....the PR did not come so I called the CEO....he said things have not changed..they still are getting more biz then they know what to do with...they were signing new contracts at a fast pace and were having to hire a boatload of people to keep up with demand...he then said the PR's will come once contracts are finalized, which should be anyday, and said until it is public, he cant disclose anything...but he did go on to promise and practically guarntee everything was not only good at the company, but they are swamped and are far exceeding even their own expectations and he said shareholders should be thrilled when they release their update, which will show the new contracts, give out revenue numbers and etc, etc...he even mentioned the next step would be getting uplisted.....This was a ceo that had a perfect past history...you could DD him or any company he was ever involved in and you would not find anything negative/bad....nothing....he was well respected on the street ( enough so that msft bought a % of the company)..... and very succesful with every venture he has been involved in....

Only 2 days later, we got the pr and update he promised...but what it said was a complete 180 from what he said to expect...instead of a pr informing us of how great everything was and all the new contracts signed with fortune 500/1000 companies and new employee's hired to handle the huge backlog and etc...we got a PR saying they cannot meet payroll and will be filing for bankruptcy......

And this was from a very well respected and succesful CEO who never had anything negative in his past history and had the backing of MSFT.......I myself have no doubt he knew they were going under but he fed me B.S. instead. Very obviously, you dont go from everything is great, we are signing on more huge contracts then we can handle are hiring boat loads of employees...to only 2 days later..we cant pay our payroll, have no money and are filing bankruptcy.

So just because something is 'said' to you, does not mean it should be believed.

Lastly, in micro world the above rings true much moreso then on the big boards as the micros are not regulated the same way and it is the NORM for micros to say and PR pure B.S.--it is not the exception, but the rule when it comes to micro's....every word spoken or in a pr should be taken with a giant grain of salt until proven to be factual and correct, imo....
