Their annual report at Colorado is due by 7/31/18. It will be interesting to see who files it, if it gets filed. Looking increasingly to me like it's been abandoned, for now anyway.

The only documented reference to the control dispute is in the 2/4/18 attorney letter which lists only Townsend and Orfanos (and his Rosemont Shepherd Management LLC) as "control persons."

"uncertificated voting control preferred shares constituting 35,000,000 of the 50,000,000 authorized “Series A Preferred Shares” from Charles Townsend to Rosemont Shepherd Management, LLC, representing 72.7% of the voting control of the issuer, are currently held in escrow pending the fulfillment of certain conditions associated with said transfer"

So the dispute, unless there are control persons not listed, was between Townsend and Orfanos/Rosemont Shepherd and with Orfanos apparently out of the picture the control dispute should no longer exist since Harry said he's "moved on."

Since OTCMarkets calls this a "control dispute" and the attorney letter states there are only two "control persons" if there are other parties involved in the control dispute OTCM must know who they are. Need a Toto to reveal things
