No one suggested or thought you are dumb or a kid....that would be quite arrogant and given the number of mistakes I make, I cast no stones...
On tone and subtlety....keep it simple, there are a lot of people, writer excluded, who are off the charts intelligent and have no problem with interpretation of style or dialogue...
I know of no one 'willing' to teach without compensation - try Harvard....
I have done the same thing this time, as I have many times, to get the necessary information legally to obtain a timing advantage....to have the DD buttoned up before the street, so as to maximize trading opportunities....that involves decades of networking and experience....
Don't be mystified as to why people on these boards aren't willing to share their knowledge.....it's simple logic and you don't seem to be an entitled mid-twenties lazy punk....people aren't willing to share their knowledge for one or all of 4 sound reasons:
(i) they have no idea who you are;
(ii) there was little or no civility in the ask, no please or thank you;
(iii) they have a business, financial consideration to protect; and
(iv) they have no time for charitable education for those who expect it.
I must confess I subscribe to all four. But let me assist you, if I may...I find there are many posters here too whom one should pay attention - their intelligence and wisdom are extraordinary....
