Yep, beat me to it.

Kind of a weird filing - never seen one quite like that before, but I don't peruse them often.

Looking like 4-5% dilution off the top assuming all $60M sold.

Interesting that insiders were able to unload through the run up with this pending. Must have been pre-arranged sales.
