Yes, OS12 of 91% is not bad at all.
Though that is from diagnosis.
Measured from randomisation it would be less.
(Yes, it's 70.8. Not so good.)

The two PFS figures tell the story though:-

96% of patients achieved six-month progression-free survival, compared to 54% among the historical comparison group. 13 of 63 patients continue to be without progression a year or longer into their participation in the study.


So it goes from 96% to 20.5% in six months.

Not good...


If used alongside DCVaxL, the only additive effect it would have would be to the bill.
