typically, drowning a company by shorting it to death prevents them from raising capital. this penny stock just put on debt at a very reasonable interest rate (some said 8% is steep but I beg to differ). this debt deal should not be taken lightly

I am on the sidelines currently but might dip my toe in. If an approval comes in, I do not believe they will throw good money after bad by continuing to short. NWBO will become a target for getting bought out IMO
