Maybe not but it does have an impact on how MJ is perceived overall and may have a positive impact on the vote for legislation to protect states MJ rights once and for all. Which will allow banks to deal with MJ companies too, thus removing toxic loans for better conditioned loans. All in all it’s good news regardless on the impact directly.
