When someone can afford 2 Billion shares, they can also afford lawyers. The share holder is not the one that you should feel sorry for. Neil might of made some Whale sized enemies that like to sue. Maybe that Whale will turn into Jaws; if they feel the sting of 2 Billion shares going Poof.
