Just sent my email to Roger.

Yes I do believe this company will grow, and I even bought a few more shares today. But Roger must regain some of his credibility or we will be at 2 cents before Tempe opens. I think everyone should email him and remind him to protect our investment.

This is the email I sent him

Mr. Mortimer.

I have been an Amfil stockholder since February of 2017, with over one million shares, and adding shares every month. I have been silent the entire time, patiently waiting for this never-ending audit process to end. But, today I must ask, What the hell is going on? The stock price continues to fall, my account balance is the lowest it has been in one year, even though I own more shares now than I did last year. Where is the Audit?
The last update on the audit progress was released almost 8 weeks ago. We were told that the CFO Squad would have this problem resolved in just a matter of days, not months. Since that has not happened, and you have not released any updates, shareholders are left to assume that there is some sort of big problem, or believe the rumors of fraud and deception.
This process is past the point of just egg on your face, and now just looks like complete incompetence. Shareholders are due an explanation. Without it, the stock price will continue to fall, and even more shares will be dumped until you run the stock price down to sub penny again. Surely, you must realize that in penny stocks, perception can be more important than the actual company value. And, the perception is that Amfil is hiding something in their books. Just today, over 2,000,000 shares have been dumped pushing the stock price down even further.
I realize that stock message boards and Facebook are not the best place to research a company or its stock, but when dealing with penny stocks this is how shareholders communicate, and how a company gets noticed and move its stock price upward. You have alienated an entire group of loyal stockholders with your silence. Today the best things said about Amfil is that shareholders have been abandoned by AMFE, and most are much worse. If the silence continues, there will soon be a mass exodus of long term stockholders and the price will fall even more.
I do believe in this company, but need to remind you that your job is not just to grow the company, but to protect shareholder value. In closing, I am asking you to please provide an update that explains yet another delay in this audit process. And a letter or email from the CFO Squad or the auditors would go a long way in restoring your credibility.
