I appreciate your reply but I read the decision and claims 1 and 19 were determined to be unpatentable and thus 3 additional claims tied to claim 1 and 3 separate claims tied to claim 19 were also determined to be unpatentable; totaling 8 claims. I know there are 3 patents and the 822 patent has claims that were not addressed by the favorable Cisco decision but I would like to understand generally technically the scope of the surviving patents and claims. Then liability could be better determined. As to the scope of the damages that is a follow on discussion. Again have you seen any post or article discussing in general or specific terms the scope of the patents and their claims or better yet, the scope of the surviving patents and their claims. Again, I appreciate you taking the time to respond.
