That's the PR I was referring to. It's more complicated than you make the "arm," ( I think you are trying to call it the information arm) but to answer your question, ineligible patients in Germany were supposed to be eligible for Hospital Exemption. However, only nine patients went into the Hospital Exemption before reimbursement issues came up. If you look back at Fraunhofer's statements though, it seems they were having a hard time keeping up. If you unearth another layer, you find that Germany was likely the country that had a concern that all DC production should be closed system. This led some of us on a wild goose chase regarding whether partial -- tumor flow filtration -- or complete closed production was occurring in Germany. Long story short, everything still requires standard clean rooms for production at present -- and although this eliminates complete closed system for the time being, it took Les to use his clever off the record comments to assert no manufacturing optimization occurred in Germany.

Anyway, where did the remaining patients go if ruled out of the trial in Germany and not the nine on hospital exemption? I suppose they went to Dr. Gorter or somebody like that. Germany has/had experimental private clinics coexisting with regulated medicine, and it seems many were closed down. Germany also experienced a scare with DCs from therapies that worked long ago in good clinical trials, but the very latent syndrome it created in very long term survivors was actually just patients ten years or more clear exhibiting benign vigilant immune system responses. It turned out to be a good reminder how potent Dendritic therapy really is.
