It means Ultimate Rack’s Inc is fighting the SEC on the delinquent filing, through faxed forms, & a teleconference on June 26th.
Looks like SPCL is going to accept SEC sanctions with out a fight. Won’t know for certain until after the July 11th teleconference call with the Judge.
