AMFE has actually had declining revenues.

100% False, the q over q growth has solid growth. Comparing Q's in a row for a seasonal company is simply not done when evaluating companies. Basic business.

Growth is also questionable since companies cannot grow without profits unless they take on toxic debt and dilute shares.

100% False. AMFEs growth is not questionable. They have not taken on toxic debt period. Low dilution for a strong ROI has been great. They are making profits, they just sink them back in to growth like every other growing company in the world.

Oh yes, they can borrow money from their own shareholders with payback terms questionable.

This also false. They entered a financial agreement to accelerate growth like any other normal business operation. The financier also owns shares, this is common.

Q3 was the worse Quarter for AMFE this year.

This is awesome, Q3 had 35% growth for Q YoY comparison, it was ~$2.4 mil and we know that is their WORST quarter in a typical seasonal cycle for AMFE! So their WORST quarter was higher than all of FY16! Wow, that is awesome!!!
