Investors holding shares, as USMJ (the dilution nightmare), end up owning a smaller and smaller percentage of the market cap.

When USMJ raises the share authorization to 50 billion shares next, they will continue their massive dilution and destruction of shareholder value.

USMJ doesn't even have enough shares authorized (20 billion shares) to allow conversion of the notes in default and other toxic convertible notes. No wonder there is so much dumping, as more investors also find that USMJ is required to remit 51% of any money the company makes to a 3rd party.
