OK---the market is finally beginning to connect some dots.

Units of NGL dropped back 15 cents but now, just ten minutes into the session, we find units going for $12.80, five cents ahead.

If I were anxious to launch a position or add, I'd reach for maybe two thirds of the desired position right now. If the price point drops during mid-day, I'd scoop up the balance.

I'm not buying right now as I've got my desired position in place but I'm keeping my $12.40 on the table for now.
