John was speaking of Dustin and how they had met years back. John believed Dusting was to lead Zion 5 years proir to Dustin joining Zion team. Dustin had not agreed to this request on several occasions. John continued in prayer for Dustin during this interim period. Dustin stated he was compelled by "not so gentle nudging of the Holy Spirit."

John demonstrates the best leadership qualities your company could wish for.
