I think the ITC case has stopped a lot of big funds and just ordinary investors from buying shares as they don't like huge risk and when you are going to battle with[ITC][ FDA] they know the results can be unfair.It may be that a lot of investors think its a dream that they will win the ITC case and days later get great results form R.it and a few weeks later we are sitting at the bar in vegas looking at a $40 stock,Field Of Dreams.
I personally think we get to see 4 again in run up and a chance to take some of the table.Whats wrong with $4 well its a lot better than one dollar.best of luck longs
