Recall your claim of no hvcw dilution from back in january when the os was a purported 220 million shares?
Otc markets still shows the o/s as 220 some odd million : Outstanding Shares 220,992,386 as of 08/18/2017
But in their most recent “DISCLOSURE” they report the O/S as of march 31, 2018 to be well in excess of the 220 million “no dilution” o/s , or more specifically 509,681,414 shares outstanding.
Proves that no dilution claim is total bs too.

The pps does not move because of the short volume. It has nothing to do with the mgmt or dilution. Huge short squeeze coming
